Mahttie, like Emmie and Sazz, are from our Rye and Trace litter. She is the first dog we have bred, trained, and Championed on our own. She is a medium sized bitch with lots of leg. She weighs 45lbs. Her hips are OFA “Excellent“ and her eyes are OFA “Clear”.

  Mahttie is very athletic. A positive bird finder that runs the wind and has a strong flush. An excellent marker with a soft mouth.  Her temperment is well balanced and her work ethic unparalleled. 

  At 20 months old Mahttie won the first Amateur All Age Trial she competed in. Four months later she won the first Open All Age Trial she was entered. In 2018 she finished 3rd in the Canadian National Amateur; her first National event.
