Rye is a stocky bitch with plenty of leg. She weighs 40lbs and is mostly white. Her grandsire is INTFC Millshadow Aster and her sire is AFC Clodahill Apollo. 

  Aster and Ozzie are two of my favorite Spaniels of all time and their qualities are readily apparent in Rye. She is a first rate bird finder who excels at moving birds. Though stocky and powerful, she is athletic and quick.  Rye is old school, preferring to hunt the wind rather than stick to a “prescribed” pattern. A good retriever who approaches marking as an extension of her bird finding; falling off the wind to extend her nose.

  Rye finished in the top ten in Amateur and Puppy Points twice each Nationally. 

  Her Hips are OFA “Good” and her eyes are OFA ”Clear”.
